Position: Warehouse Apprenticeship Skills Coach
Location: East Anglia - Remote based with blended learning
Package: £26,500 to £28,000

As the Apprenticeship market continues to excel and recover from the past 15 months, we are working with an incredibly well establish training provider who has a strong heritage across the Midlands as a whole. More focused on the traditional Apprenticeship route and demographic, they pride themselves on creating opportunities for young adults in helping them into their chosen career paths.

As such, we are hiring multiple new roles for them. One of which is a Warehouse Skills Coach for the East Anglia area, with Norfolk & Suffolk being a focal point for this role.
You will be delivering on the new Apprenticeship standards - you'll need to be up to speed with these already - and offer a blended learning approach to your caseload of learners.

A couple of benefits for you - this provider have good staff retention and have done for some time. They support, offer flexible working, and don't over stretch you. Don't get me wrong, you do have performance targets to hit etc, but all are achievable and within a days work. They don't want you to be working the extra hours or weekends just to get by, they want staff to have a balance.

On top of this you've got the standards bits around 25 days holiday, plus bank holds, 35p mileage claim, tools of the job etc. The unique ones here are that you have access to health insurance, discount shopping scheme, employee of the month rewards and holiday purchase up to an extra 10 days.

Fancy a call on this one, get in touch.
