They are continuing to grow, and as such have 3 Trainer roles available across the country. Their delivery model is quite unique, and is proving to be successful amongst learners. You'll be delivering on the Level 3 and 4 Software Development, and Technician standards.
3 days of the week you will be delivering training to your learners. This is done over video/online methods, and for these 3 days you will be office based (when not in lockdown) as the employer has all the fancy tech to allow you deliver really engaging and interactive sessions. They have multiple locations across the UK, so location isn't really an issue as long as you can access the major cities.
The other 2 days of the week you will be remote based, setting projects and assignments for your learners, and carrying out the marking and assessment. Here's where it's a bit different, each learner has an assigned 'progression manager' within the team.
