Recruitment is in high demand right now across all sectors. Recruiters are in turn, an in demand commodity right now.
Do you want to switch into anther consultant level role, or do you fancy getting stuck into something new, innovative, and have the opportunity to put your own spin on things on what is possibly the most buoyant we've ever seen recruitment?
As part of a new partnership, bringing together expertise in recruitment and training, we are looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to come in and grow a new team.
The bits for you, and the key points you'll want to know;
Our plan is to set up a new team to deliver recruitment solutions to the Further Education market (we can give training on industry knowledge)
Almost straight away, you will have 2 junior resourcers working under you to deliver on all business and this will grow steadily over time.
With an extensive network through the directors, there will be a heavy pipeline and client base to go at from day one while you learn the market, and once comfortable you can forge your own relationships.
Slightly counter to most roles, we ideally want this role to be office based, but could offer a hybrid model if this was a deal breaker - the reason for this, is because you will be supporting and developing the resourcers who will need to learn and develop through osmosis.
Salary wise, we are looking around £25,000 - £27,000 with very incentivised commission schemes.
More on the who, what, where's, why's and how's:
This idea has come from identifying gaps in the market, but also capitalising on an incredibly buoyant and stable market. We are 3 business leaders coming together from different corners of the education and training market, with extensive experience and insight, who have built a model that will allow the recruitment to feed through different aspects of the business, support external clients in a number of ways, and ultimately become highly profitable.
You will be able to piggy back from the existing Search business through the latest CRM and Recruitment tech stack, whilst also bringing your own fresh ideas into the role.
If you've got experience in and around further education then great, but this is by no means essential. We can deliver training on all of this. What we do need is a strong recruitment consultant looking to step away from the norm, who will thrive off not only financial progression but career progression through training & management.
As a final caveat, we also have plans to step in to Healthcare recruitment, and recruitment solutions for drivers (HGV & LGV). So if this has caught you eye and you're in this market, maybe even considering to go on your own but need some backing. We need to be speaking.
