Position: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Derby
Package: £22,000-£24,000

NWR are working with an award-winning training provider who have been supporting learners and employers since 2000. Due to continued success in the apprenticeship space, they are looking for a recruitment resourcer to join their friendly office team in Derby.

As a recruitment resourcer, you will be liaising with prospective learners and employers to fill apprenticeship vacancies sourced by the thriving business development team. You will manage the apprenticeship recruitment process efficiently and ensure that vacancies are filled timely. You will liaise and communicate with other team members and maintain a steady flow of learner referrals to feed into apprenticeship vacancies.

You will be responsible for building networks, establishing relationships with referral partners, and promoting the training provision in the local community. You will thrive in a learner facing role- interviewing all potential learners, offering them IAG to support their journey and giving them constructive feedback to improve their employment prospects. You will also be comfortable engaging with employers- developing and maintaining relationships to encourage learner progress and success.

Finally, you will have fantastic organisation skills as the successful candidate will be scheduling and attending employer/learner appointments, registering new learners, managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system. You'll have a strong eye for accuracy and robust administration skills as you will be creating and maintaining learner and stakeholder databases and completing enrolment and handover paperwork.

In terms of experience and skills, we are looking to speak to people from apprenticeship/work-based learning and recruitment backgrounds who can work under pressure and meet deadlines. IAG and/or safeguarding qualifications and a full driving license will also be advantageous.
