Position: Recruitment Executive
Location: Wilmslow (hybrid working welcomed)
Package: £23,000-£25,000 + Candidate Placement Bonus

NWR are working on behalf of a specialist digital marketing training provider. My client champions digital excellence and is passionate about closing the digital and technical skills gap in the UK. They strive to provide every learner with the knowledge and skills to enhance their existing role or confidently become a vital part of the business they join.

With success comes growth and this role is an exciting one. As an Apprenticeship Talent Executive- you will be responsible for delivering a stream of the very best digital marketing and social media apprenticeship candidates.

It will be your responsibility to ensure that apprenticeship vacancies are filled, and candidates are assessed and selected to ensure that clients get the right apprentice for the vacancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Liaising with employers to understand the requirements of the vacancy
* Advertising and managing job requirements
* Effectively delivering successful digital assessment sessions
* Providing support and providing Information, Advice and Guidance to candidates
* Managing initial assessments
* Delivering external apprentice events

SKILLS REQUIRED

* Experience working with apprentices

* Experience working in the digital/tech/IT sector or an interest in this sector

* A genuine passion for talent selection
* A good level of business knowledge related to apprenticeships
* Experience within recruitment and supporting apprentices
* Attention to detail
* Excellent time management and working to deadlines
* Pastoral welfare of young people and colleagues
* Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments and solve problems independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including report writing
