Position: MI Manager - Further Education
Package: £35,000 - £50,000
Here's an opportunity to get stuck in as an MI Manager, with a company that is about to see some excessive growth in ESFA & DWP contracts and they need to get their MIS & Data procedures/processes in shape in order to handle the growth.
Working for a name that has been in the Further Education & Adult Skills market for near on 30 years. They have seen a few years of downsizing and focusing on the international market, but now, under a new senior team are looking to push the business up a notch within the UK funding arena.
They are planning on winning a range of funded contracts through the ESFA & DWP, as a prime provider with direct status, but also managing a number of sub contracts. They are currently a Tier 2 CAEHRS provider, but this will push to Tier 1 in the near future.
This will be a group level role, managing multiple contracts and supply chain.
The business is run by a close knit group of individuals, who have been able to give the business a true identify and they follow a culture of 'Do, as well as Manage' - so I need someone who is happy to get stuck in and be hands on within the role, not just a delegator.
They have a mix of platforms, including Maytas, but experience on any of the main ones (PICS, Aptem etc) is fine.
You'll be well versed with managing data and compliance of multiple contracts, be able to produce and run reports and dashboards, but also be able to relay what said reports means for the business and identify trends and areas for improvement/management/growth.
Ideally, you'll have experience across ESFA & DWP contracts, but if not then ESFA is the more prominent - that's the must have.
The company are HQ'd in London, but this is a remote based role for the right person. Fantastic opportunity to have a real chance of making this your own role and imprinting on the future success of this business.
