This particular training provider we are working with, is a fantastically run business that deliver Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and of course Employability programmes across the East Midlands region.

With centres in a number of locations, they focus on supporting young people and adults back in to work, or to improve their career aspirations around the local communities.

You will typically build relationships through the local stakeholder networks, which will include Local Authorities, Job centres, colleges etc, in order to gain access to individuals looking for work, and you will then identify who is right for which course, and help them on to the programmes.

A list of typical responsibilities are below:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of learner referrals network to include all local stakeholders
  • Interview all potential learners
  • Create and maintain learner and stakeholder databases
  • Maintain regular contact with learners and local stakeholders
  • Achieve monthly start, placement and progression targets as per delivery profiles
  • Support learners to secure work experience placements and manage customer attendance on work placements.
  • Conduct work placement risk assessment
  • Attendance at all relevant networking meetings
  • Accurate completion of recruitment paper work as the initial part of the funding administration process
  • Liaise and communicate with other team members to ensure learner progress
  • Registering new learners, managing online advertising, and updating the vacancy management system
