Position: Learner Engagement Executives
Location: Tees Valley, Newcastle
Package: £17,000 - £19,000 salary plus bonus

We are supporting the growth of a small, but fast growing training provider in the North East that specialise in Pre-Employment training courses.

After a number of contract wins in the past 6 months, this is allowing them to grow in various areas of the business. To match this growth we need a strong Learner Recruiter to come in and lead on the part of the business.

We are looking for two, Learner Engagement Executives to support the growth and fulfilment of courses being run in the North East to support people back into work.
You will build relationships with local authorities and referral partners such as the JCP and other stakeholders to ensure they are aware of what employment opportunities are available through your courses.

They already have some fantastic employer relationships in the North east, including the likes of Nestle, Unipress, Amazon, and Barbour. With high levels of demand to increase the workforces of these organisations, you need to be confident in attracting and engaging adult learners on to the programmes and into employment. The employer portfolio is a key strength to this provider in attracting learners, but with the competition in the market you have to be proactive & dynamic in sourcing learner referrals and making sure they suit the roles in hand.

You will be targeted on starts and completions, and you will be rewarded well for every learner completion.

Ideally, you are already going to be experience in the pre-employment or further education market. But at the very least you will have to have a strong knowledge of the labour market in the North East and the ability to attract learners (candidates) into training courses and positions within Warehouses & manufacturing.

The roles are urgent and has a quick start available for the right person
