Leadership & Management Skills Coach - probably one of the most in demand roles across the Apprenticeship market, and I love recruiting for them.

This particular role is working for a smaller provider based out of Norwich. Their core area of Apprenticeship delivery is in the niche of Financial Services & Insurance, and over the past year they have doubled in size, and now deliver much further than just the East Anglia & South East region.

Opting for a fully remote delivery model, they also offer the business services portfolio to their clients in supporting roles. Hence why were are recruiting for this role.

You will deliver on the current Apprenticeship standards for the Level 5 Ops Departmental manager, but will also cover Team lead Supervisor, and Customer service - so it will not purely be the level 5 delivery. Roughly it will be an even split, but due to the level of learners on the level 5, we do need you to be able to operate at this level comfortably.

As it's remote delivery, the role is also remote. It would be ideal if you were within distance to Norwich for the odd visit (twice a month roughly) but you will have the autonomy to work remotely and deliver the full standards through distance learning. Currently they include the ILM diploma, but this will switch to CMI in the near future.

Despite the remote nature, the business has worked very hard to build an inclusive team environment, and collaboration is high within this business. So you will never be alone in that respect, and will have full support available.

I've worked with them for little over a year, and their retention, their care towards employees is great to see.

So, fancy something a little different, with a unique learner demographic in the corporate world of finance? Then I want to be hearing from you
