Position: Employer Engagement Consultants

I'm fairly sure you'll have heard by now that Restart is kicking into gear, and it's primes and sub providers are beginning to mobilise their teams in order to spend their funded contracts come July 2021.

I want to add in here, that if you are reading this, work in this space, but feel this role isn't quite right for you - then please still get in touch as we are going to have such a wide range of roles within the Employability sector over the coming months, I'm confident we can help.

So, Manchester City, brand new restart contract, new offices, new teams to mobilise and grow - it's exciting right?

We are looking for experienced BDMs/Employer Engagement Consultants to join a rapidly growing team. Your role will be to engage with local employers and educate them on the value of the Restart programme and what it can bring to them around their own recruitment requirements, and providing opportunities to those who have faced unemployment. This can be anything from a local warehouse, construction, logistics, right through to high street and administration.

Now, this won't be the easiest of contracts. Restart is their to support those who have been unemployed for 12 months+. Considering what has happened in the past year, there are plenty of people out of work who have been made redundant more recently and may be able to match a job more easily.

So your task is to understand the employer requirements and work with your team of advisers to build employer lead development plans so that you can tailor the training and recruitment process to suit that employer, ultimately providing more opportunities for your participants.

This is very much an outbound role, so you will be office and field based across the local region.

We are ideally looking for people who are experienced in the Employability/Welfare to Work sector and have a strong track record of working on similar contracts such as JETS, Work Programme, Work in Health, or CAEHRS for example. However, more than happy to look at similar background such as Further Education and Skills, or a number of recruitment background - perhaps blue collar, and high street.

You will be joining a brand new centre, and a rapidly growing provision with multi million £s to spend in the area.

You are going to be vital in the successful delivery of this contract.

Let's speak.
