Position: Business Development Manager - EdTech
Location: Remote
Package: £30,000 - £50,000

The Further Education & Skills market has been one of those sectors who on the whole have been able to endure the pandemic for the most part, and at the start of 2021 has seen a vast amount of activity.

Amongst this wider market, there are other flourishing markets within that also cover other markets, and one of those is EdTech. As all forms of learning are invested in and are being improved from quality of learning material, to engagement, support for all levels etc, EdTech is a hugely growing market, and not just in the UK, across the globe.

For this role, we are looking for a senior BDM to lead on this businesses growth.

Part of a wider group, made up of some very well known names in the FE & Skills market, they also have a VLE & E-Learning platform that is growing across both the FE & HE markets.

With an open business model, their main selling point is their platform is aimed for level 3 and level 4 programmes, and distance learning qualifications - this is in contrast to other providers on the market who focus at level 1 & 2.

Having experience in EdTech or online learning platforms is not essential, this knowledge can be taught to you. What is essential however, is that you have experience in this route to market - i.e. you have worked in sales/client engagement targeting FE/HE providers & colleges. We need you to have a strong network across this client base and are able to open doors at a senior level across the UK.

That is the only essential for this role, that you have a network of HE/FE entities and can engage with them - product/service, not too fussed, the employer will supply the product knowledge.
