Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor
Yorkshire - Home based role with blended delivery model
£28,000 - £30,000

We're on the hunt for a strong Apprenticeship Tutor who can deliver on the Early Years Apprenticeship standards. Specifically you'll be delivering from level 2, 3 and including the level 5 Early years Lead Practitioner programmes, therefore will need to be competent and qualified in this area.

The provider are a small and specialist business with long term expertise and pedigree in the world of Apprenticeships & further Education. Currently embarking on a period of growth, they currently have 400 learners on programme, and they are on track to growing to 1000 within the next 12 months.

Their focus on early years and teaching apprenticeships, as their main client base is local authorities and academy trust in which they have built solid relationships with all over the UK.
You'll see already that they offer a market leading salary for this type of role, with 20 days holiday plus the BHs, 45p per mile, good pension, and CPD opportunities.

They offer a very autonomous working environment within the business, so are looking for self sufficient individuals to join their team. They have a good support network within the business, and team members always available to support and work together. Resources and course material are all prepared and ready on the portfolio system, but they are always open to new ideas and ways of improving this, so actively encourage staff to speak up and get involved in this area.

The role is home based with a blended delivery model, where your learners will be based across Yorkshire. So really, we need someone located within Yorkshire & Humber who has access to the wider area. You will deliver both individual and group sessions to your learners undertaking the Apprenticeship programmes, along with all the other typical tasks of the role - manage progress, utilise the e-portfolio system, work with the employers, timely completions etc.

This is a great role on the market, a great salary, and an ever improving & growing training provider.
