Position: Digital Marketing Remote Assessor
Location: Remote - But ideally able to travel to Manchester and/or Midlands

Package: circa £27,000
A key, and rather unique factor for this role is that you will be assessing and providing remote support and coaching on AEB courses as opposed to an Apprenticeship standard.
Delivered in a very similar fashion, these are designed to be fast track, highly engaging course completed over a 12 weeks period, which are accredited level 2 programmes. They include a 3 day block session where learners attend a highly engaging training course (delivered by a separate tutor), which is then followed up with up to 12 weeks coaching and support (and assessing) in order for the learner to achieve the specific qualification.

Specifically, you will be coaching learners through a Level 2 Digital for Business course, along with surrounding courses like Team Leading, Customer Service etc. But it is the Digital for Business course that is key for this role, and as such we need you to be knowledgeable in this field.
Some of the course content includes Digital Promotion, Social Media, Email Campaigns, Data Security, and emerging Tech

This will be a home based role, where you will support your learners remotely through the use of video/Skype calls and general remote support. These are delivered and completed in quite a short space of time, with varying levels of learners, so you will be looking after between 50-75 learners at any one time - Worth pointing out at this stage, the workload is not as intense and inclusive as an full apprenticeship standard, so this level will still be manageable for a strong assessor.
As the role develops, and if you want to get involved, this can progress into a combined role where you also deliver the 3 day sessions once you are up to speed with the content - this does come with potential salary increase, and lower caseload if you take on more delivery.

Again, this is a remote based role but you will be required to travel to Manchester once a month, and your learners are situated between the North West & the Midlands, so if delivery is something you want to progress into, being able to travel to these areas will be required.

In terms of what we are looking for - you will need to be a qualified Assessor first and foremost (TAQA, CAVA etc), but after that, we are looking for a strong individual who can work independently. Experience delivering training or apprenticeships in professional services is ideal as there will be a lot of similarities in course content.
