Operating in one of the biggest growth areas of the Apprenticeship market, data analyst based apprenticeship programmes are in such high demand across the UK since the introduction of the level 3 standard, and in turn, so are the Trainers and coaches in order to deliver the qualifications.

If you are already operating in a similar role within training or apprenticeships, then you know the role. Below includes more of the specifics around this particular role and employer.
**if you are not already working in training or apprenticeships, but you do have a strong data background and are considering moving into this market, skip to the bottom of the ad as there's a bit there for you too.

So, this particular provider have grown from strength to strength in recent years, and are considered one of the leading players in the IT & Digital Apprenticeship world. With a small business feel, but big business impact, this ethos and culture has been key to its success and development.

They are continuing to grow, and as such have 3 Trainer roles available across the country. Their delivery model is quite unique, and is proving to be successful amongst learners.

3 days of the week you will be delivering training to your learners. This is done over video/online methods, and for these 3 days you will be office based (when not in lockdown) as the employer has all the fancy tech to allow you deliver really engaging and interactive sessions. They have multiple locations across the UK, so location isn't really an issue as long as you can access the major cities.

The other 2 days of the week you will be remote based, setting projects and assignments for your learners, and carrying out the marking and assessment. Here's where it's a bit different, each learner has an assigned 'progression manager' within the team. This person supports you as the trainer in developing the learners and ensuring work is completed timely, progress is being made, and is also a constant contact for them to be in touch with. - this allows you to purely focus on delivering top quality training sessions.
