Position: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: Bournemouth (Mainly Office based)
Package: £35,000 - £40,000 plus Commission and Bonus

Fancy an opportunity to come in at a senior level, and be a driving force in pushing a sales function forward at a more corporate level?

You'll be walking in to an already well established and functioning sales team based out of Bournemouth. The team is built up of an outbound sales team, level above telesales where most of the team are young and hungry individuals hitting the phones at the start of their career. Now this works for gaining awareness and traction across the market, and they also get a lot of inbound leads. The direction the company want to push harder on are those larger, more corporate accounts across the UK.

Now market knowledge isn't essential here (I'll circle back to the market below), that can be taught and you will be supported with the knowledge that's needed. The ability to develop business and sell at a senior and corporate level is essential however. We are looking for someone who has a strong track record of selling into this level, we are open on product/services, but it would certainly suit someone who sold something along the lines of corporate packages, a product or service that requires after care and to nurture the relationship as opposed to amore transaction sale and move on to the next.

The market you'll be working in is Training & L&D. This company is part of a wider group, and a brand that is incredibly well known through the UK as a leading name in Training & Education. They sell a range of commercial short courses and qualifications, that range from Accountancy to Leadership, Teaching & learning to animal care, and a wide range of other specialisms. Your target clients will be any company that operates in and around the above.

You will be working directly in to the MD, and the start of the role will be a mixture of setting up a strategy and plan, but also developing the new business yourself. So it will be hands on!
Over time, the progression is to grow your own team of corporate sales execs and be able to cover the group requirements and continue to push this business forward.

The role is available now, with an ideal start in April or early May to hit the new financial year running.
