Position: Compliance Officer - Further Education
Location: Nottingham based - Flexible working, 3-4 days a week in the office, and 1-2 days a week remote.
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Often the unsung hero's in the world of further education, but Compliance is such a key part of an organisations success, it is vital for education providers to have a fully functioning compliance department.
This opportunity is for a rapidly growing Group of Training organisations. Over the last year they have seen growth come at a time where many have downsized. This comes from a mix of organic growth, and through acquisitions of other ITPs in the market. They operate nationally, and deliver funded training programmes in Apprenticeships, Traineeship, and Adult Education.
With growth will also come change, and although the compliance side of the business has been a key focus, it is still in development to get everything running smoothly. So part of your role will be to add insight on how best to manage this moving forward. You'll be joining a small, but experienced team, so will be given equal amounts of autonomy and support in this role, as you will be integral to all things compliance.
I'll keep the requirements simple for this one, in short, you need to be working in FE and have already been in a compliance/admin lead role.
- Must know the importance of ILR's
- Must be frequent with database('s) such as PICS, Maytas, or Aptem
- Aware of the funding rules around Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and AEB will be a bonus.
You will be in charge of all 1st and 2nd line checks within the business, so an 'eye for detail' and organisation skills should go with out saying.
