Position: Compliance Officer - Further Education
Location: Can either be officed based in Newcastle, or completely remote
Often the unsung hero's in the world of further education, but Compliance is such a key part of an organisations success, it is vital for education providers to have a fully functioning compliance department.
This opportunity is for a well established ITP, who have been going through a period of change within the business and are looking to enhance their compliance team.
Although the office is Newcastle based, it would be great if you were North East based and could get in at least once a week, but ultimately, providing you know this market, this could be completely remote based.
That's also a big theme of change for this business. Until recently, they had always been a 'traditional' training provider; office based teams, and face to face training & delivery. However, during the past 12 months it has become apparent that remote working, remote delivery, and remote operations can actually work and the business can operate in this manner just has successfully - so they are completely changing their business model to be a more remote operating business.
They operate nationally, and deliver funded training programmes in Apprenticeships, Traineeship, and Adult Education.
I'll keep the requirements simple for this one, in short, you need to be working in FE and have already been in a compliance/admin lead role.
- Must know the importance of ILR's
- Must be frequent with database('s) such as PICS, Maytas, or Aptem
- Aware of the funding rules around Apprenticeships, Traineeships, and AEB.
