Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Remote working in the South West of England
Package: £32,000-£38,000 Plus market leading bonus'

Due to their success in the apprenticeship arena, my client is looking for candidates with experience engaging with employers from the health and social sector to join their winning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new apprenticeship starts in line with agreed targets and managing the accounts that they have won within organisations who will benefit from the high-quality apprenticeship solutions on offer.
You will be experienced in employer engagement and an excellent communicator who can nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, positioning my client as an employer's preferred partner. Experience selling into the health and social care sector is essential, alongside a good knowledge of funded training and apprenticeships.
My client offers a remote/home based working environment and a highly competitive salary and incentive scheme, as well as great benefits and opportunities to receive training and development to support your progression. High performing BDM's at my clients company took home £60,000 - £70,000 last year. Targets fluctuate dependant on market conditions and your experience however you can expect to make an additional £12,000 a year just by meeting your minimum target.
Qualifications and experience required:
- EXPERIENCE SELLING INTO THE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE SECTOR
- A good knowledge of government funded training and apprenticeships
- A successful track record of meeting targets
- Experience in managing accounts in a consultative yet influential way
- Experience of presenting to and working with decision makers
- A strong commercial background
