Position: Apprenticeship Business Development Manager
Package: £30,000-£40,000 Plus commission
New World Recruitment is working with one of the largest and most successful training providers of its kind in the UK. Among other training solutions, they provide Apprenticeships in Business Administration, Customer Service, Recruitment, Support Teaching and Management.
Due to their success in the apprenticeship arena, they are seeking experienced apprenticeship sales talent to join their team.
As a Business Apprenticeship Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging and consulting with employers on their organisational needs with the aim of upskilling their workforce with apprenticeship training. You will also be creating apprenticeship vacancies and cross-selling relevant training solutions.
You will be at the forefront of helping organisations to recognise the value of using apprenticeship schemes to upskill the workforce. You will champion the benefits of investing in workforces, and you will demonstrate the valuable role that apprenticeships can play in developing staff at all stages of their career, including those entering the world of work for the first time.
You will use your interpersonal skills and knowledge of apprenticeships to conduct Training Needs Analysis consultations with organisations and you'll strive to become a resourceful, informative, and professional support to all clients.
