Accountancy Apprenticeship programmes seem to be coming back in demand, along with many other programmes post lockdown. This training provider, pre-covid, received acknowledgement for having an award winning Accountancy Apprenticeship programme across the UK.

I've personally placed 2 of their Tutors/coaches who have both been there pushing 3 years. It's not just the programme that has kept them there though. The company have also their Investors in People: Gold standard award - for those not in the know, this basically means they're a blooming good employer. They look after their staff, value them, and are big on having that work/life balance.

The benefits are superior to the average training provider package: 25 days holiday, plus bank hols, plus holiday buy back scheme; health/life insurance, dental, all kick in after probation. A big one though, along with full 45p on mileage claims, but you also have performance related bonus up to an extra £6k on top of your salary - even better the targets are actually achievable.

They are continuing to grow their AAT & ACCA courses, hence why we are looking for one or both of the above.

Blended learning in every sense is in play here. The general consensus following the last year is that most provisions will now be mainly delivered through distance learning at the request of majority of learners and employers. However, there will still be the requirement for some work based observations and workshops, so some travel will still be included. Although we are not too hung up on location, so of your work placed visits will be in around Reading and the South coast - so this will have to be achievable for you.

I'll go through some of the wider details when we speak, but to be considered for the role you'll have to already be working in the Vocational/FE learning space. Ideally up to speed with the current Apprenticeship standards in accountancy, and you'll be qualified to deliver said courses.
